ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf on Monday phoned Chief Election Commissioner Justice (R) Fakhruddin G Ibrahim and congratulated him on assuming the office of Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan.
 
The Prime Minister assured that the government will extend full cooperation to Election Commission of Pakistan under his leadership.
 
Prime Minister Ashraf said that whole nation was looking up to him for holding free, fair and transparent elections in the country.
